Sadly, it seems his words are coming to fruition. The out of balance cultures that we have created in the respective organizations in which we operate each day, have put our world in a critical norms crisis. One has only to listen to the nightly news or read the daily paper to see how far we have fallen as a society. The question is, can we learn from our history of yesterday, so we can be more prudent in the cultures we create today, in order that we can leave a better world to those who follow us?
